SMWVBE certifications are free to the firms located in our 16 counties: Atascosa, Bandera, Bexar, Caldwell, Comal, Frio, Goliad, Guadalupe, Hays, Karnes, Kendall, Kerr, McMullen, Medina, Uvalde, and Wilson. Out of Jurisdiction firms will pay a one time fee of $350, then $150 when renewing after the initial four years. There is no fee for the DBE/ACDBE Certifications.
