Each Certified Vendor Logo is available for use by vendors holding the corresponding active certification — SBE, ESBE, MBE, WBE, VBE, DIBE, AABE, ABE, HABE or NABE. A logo may only be used as allowed by the South Central Texas Regional Certification Agency (“SCTRCA”) and is solely permitted to identify a vendor’s active certification status.

A vendor that loses its certification status — by audit removal, decertification, or expiration — is prohibited from using the corresponding logo for any purpose. Logos may not be used in any way that states, implies, or may cause confusion as to a vendor’s certification status or scope, and SCTRCA does not endorse or sponsor any products or services of a certified vendor.
